About this project
The Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau is one of our favorite business partnerships. For this show we took a 3-camera set up to the French Manor for interviews with the principals of three hallmark resort properties in the Pocono Mountains (Woodloch, The Settler’s Inn and the French Manor). This interview with the engaging John Keisnedahl tells the story of Woodloch Pines now known as Woodloch and it’s rise from a bunkhouse on a lake to a premier vacation resort.
This production was well within the wheelhouse for Take One Productions, we had our usual group of collaborators, Stylist Laura Hatt and Audio Supervisor Jeremy Stone rounding out the crew. We flew our drone, shot b-roll where we could and enjoyed the wonderful hospitality of the French Manor leadership who hosted the day.
What made this show fun was meeting the great people who feed their communities and working with our longtime friends and collaborators. We were pleased to learn this show was nominated for a Mid-Atlantic Emmy® award. We appreciate our peers acknowledging our efforts. J
